Digital product design is an applied practice, and practitioners in graphic design, drawing, photography, or other creative arts also have histories. For your technological skills, it's not about being able to blow away your team. It's about getting a reliable, distinctive voice of architecture, a sense of color and typography, and an ability to balance visual elements with competing texts.
Over the last decade, the field of software applications has exploded, with not only tech giants but firms in more conventional industries dependent on attractive and useful technology to introduce new product products, grow their market, and provide consumers with value.

Hello aspirant,
In class 11, there are no restrictions on which stream you must select. You can enrol in any stream of science, art, or commerce that interests you. However, I would advise you to enrol in the science maths stream, PCM (physics chemistry maths), as you will learn fundamental concepts in maths, geometry, and physics that you will find helpful in the future while designing products.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hello aspirant,
Although mathematics is not one of the courses covered in product design, it is nevertheless necessary to have a fundamental understanding of the subject. This primarily involves the geometry portion. It is crucial to understand a product's dimensions and design it in accordance with the requirements.
Because you will be primarily focused on building these topics and the software that supports them, you won't be introduced to difficult mathematics in this course.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hi there.
You'll be surprised at how little drawing is stressed in the world of product design today. This may sound extreme, but I've heard that schools like Art Center College of Design place a lot of emphasis on sketching. Technical skill is no longer the deciding factor for whether or not you are a good designer. Instead, your ability to approach problems in a creative way and your design-related thought process are what set good designers apart.
The title "product designer" is currently steadily (or has already begun) moving into the tech industry, where you'll find that a significant portion of those who identify as such will concentrate on developing prototypes and mockups for digital apps. The ability to draw is crucial, but you don't have to be an expert to be a designer.
See B.Des requires good proportions of drawing, and in some of the entrance you will find that you have to appear for a drawing test as well. But in general, in the professional career, there is not much of an in-hand drawing, instead most of the drawings are computer/graphics based. So if you are good in drawing then it can be a advantage for you. But if you are not that good, but you are good to qualify any entrance (in which the drawing skill required), then go for the course undoubtedly, it will not affect your career in any way.

I hope this helps. Wish you a great eve!
